Reunions

     Don’t you just love reunions? And I mean of any kind. Going to any event and seeing old friends, remembering past activities, backstabbing old classmates, I just love that feeling. 

     Well, I have attended a lot of informal reunions and it amuses me how everyone of us attend just for the sake of grabbing the opportunity to backstab each other. My reunions always havethe same scenariois. The host would invite use, the moment I enter the place, I immediately go to my friends and watch people arrive.

      It’s a good past time, watching people enter the "sacred" place, knowing that not two seconds before the person entered, we already discussed his/her life story. And mind you, there are a lot of them.

The religious kid who got pregnant.

The closet who denies being closet.

The open closet who can’t come out.

The bisexual who was the bf of the popular girl and the closet gay.

The guy who used to give the school proffessor "private classes"

The girl who was caught masturbating.

The girl who openly cheats on her Bf and the bf who is just too blind to see.

The class secret boyfriend.

The fat girl.

The thin girl

The ugly girl

The traumatized guy. 

and many many many more….

     Isn’t it funny how each class has different characters worthy of a cast of a prime time soap opera? If my former classmates and I do our own "The Hills" reality show, we’d dominate the ratings. 

You name it we have it. And believe me, at the rate things are going, there’s probably more to come.

    I love a scandal, the juicier it is, the more my mouth waters. I feel my mouth jaws get that sensation when I crave for Green mangoes? I love that feeling. I love how it hurts and how it drives me mad. 

I love reunions.
